Services

Four ways to get AI working in your business — in weeks, not quarters.

Each engagement has a fixed scope, a fixed price and a written outcome. You always know what you are getting, what we need from you, and how we will tell whether it worked.

Service 01 · Diagnose

AI Opportunity Audit

A two-week diagnostic that turns “we should probably do something with AI” into a ranked, costed plan you can actually act on — or a clear reason not to.

From $1,500 + GST · 2 weeks

Who it’s for

Australian businesses with roughly 5–50 staff where admin has grown faster than headcount, and there is no in-house IT or data team to lean on.

The trigger

You are quoting slower than you are winning work, a key admin person is at capacity or about to leave, or the leadership team has been asked “what’s our AI plan?” and there isn’t one yet.

What’s included

  • Kick-off workshop with the owner or GM to agree what “better” means in numbers
  • Four to six short interviews with the people doing the work
  • Review of your current Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences and existing systems
  • Workflow mapping of the two or three most expensive processes
  • Use-case scoring on value, effort, risk and time-to-result

What you need to provide

About four to six hours of your team’s time across two weeks, sample documents (a quote, a report, a typical email thread), a list of current software and licences, and one named decision-maker.

Deliverables

  • Workflow map of your current-state processes
  • Ranked use-case shortlist with scoring shown, not hidden
  • Tool and licence recommendation, including what you already own
  • Data and privacy risk register
  • Costed 90-day roadmap with sequencing and owners
  • 60-minute executive readout with your leadership team

Timeline

Week 1: kick-off, interviews, licence and systems review.
Week 2: mapping, scoring, roadmap, executive readout.

The outcome

You finish with a decision, not a document: the one workflow to start with, what it will cost, what it should return, and what has to be true before it is safe to build. If nothing clears the bar, we tell you that and you have saved a great deal more than the audit fee.

Service 02 · Enable

Team AI Training

Hands-on, role-specific training using your own documents and your own workflows — so people leave with something they will still be using in a month.

From $2,400 + GST · half-day, to 12 people

Who it’s for

Teams where a few people have experimented with AI, results were inconsistent, and nobody is sure what is allowed. Delivered by role: admin and operations, sales, finance, and operations managers.

The trigger

Staff are already pasting company information into free AI tools, or a tool was rolled out and adoption quietly died. Both are training problems, not technology problems.

Two formats

  • Half-day on-site workshop — from $2,400 + GST for up to 12 people. One role focus, built around your real documents.
  • 4-week AI Habit Program — from $4,800 + GST. A half-day launch, then three weekly 60-minute working sessions where people bring live work, plus a 30-day check-in.

What you need to provide

A room with a screen (or a video link), 8–12 participants who actually do the work, and a handful of real documents we can work on. Redact anything you would rather not share.

Deliverables

  • A prompt library written for their actual tasks, not generic examples
  • A short internal AI usage policy your team can follow and you can enforce
  • Recording of the session for new starters and people who missed it
  • 30-day check-in to fix what didn’t stick

Timeline

Workshop: one half-day, plus a check-in at 30 days.
Habit Program: four weeks, roughly two hours a week of participant time.

The outcome

Staff who can tell which tasks these tools are good at, which they are dangerous at, and exactly what may never be pasted into them. Plus a written policy so the answer to “are we allowed?” stops being a guess.

Service 03 · Build

Automation Sprint

One workflow, taken live end to end, with a human review point built in, monitoring so failures are visible, and a runbook so it survives staff turnover.

From $6,500 + GST · 4–6 weeks

Who it’s for

Businesses that already know which process hurts — usually quoting, inbox triage, job reporting or month-end — and want it fixed properly rather than piloted forever.

The trigger

A repetitive process is now costing real money or losing real work: quotes going out late, enquiries missed, reporting always a week behind, or one person as a single point of failure.

What’s included

  • Baseline measurement of the current process before anything changes
  • Solution design using your existing platform where possible
  • Build and integration, including the human review step
  • Testing against real historical work, not toy examples
  • Go-live with monitoring, error alerts and a rollback path
  • Training for the people who own it day to day

What you need to provide

A nominated process owner for about an hour a week, access to the relevant systems, sample historical records for testing, and a decision on what the automation is allowed to do without a human.

Deliverables

  • A working, live automation for one end-to-end workflow
  • Documented human review and escalation points
  • Monitoring and alerting so silent failure isn’t possible
  • Handover runbook: how it works, how to pause it, who to call
  • Before-and-after measurement written up in plain English

Timeline

Weeks 1–2: baseline and design.
Weeks 3–4: build and test.
Weeks 5–6: go-live, training, measurement and handover.

The outcome

One process that reliably takes less time and produces fewer errors than it did six weeks earlier — with a measured figure attached, and a team that can run it without us.

Service 04 · Own

Fractional AI Lead

Eight hours a month of senior ownership, so AI decisions stop landing on whoever happens to be least busy that week.

From $1,800 + GST / month · min 3 months

Who it’s for

Businesses running two or more AI-adjacent initiatives, or in a sector where governance matters, that are nowhere near needing — or affording — a full-time hire.

The trigger

Tool sprawl, vendors circling with AI add-ons, staff using whatever they like, and no single person accountable for whether any of it is working or safe.

What’s included — 8 hours a month

  • Roadmap ownership and quarterly re-prioritisation
  • Vendor triage: reading the pitches so you don’t have to
  • Governance: approved tools, data handling, review points
  • Coaching for staff and managers between projects
  • Monthly measurement report against agreed metrics

What you need to provide

A standing monthly meeting with a decision-maker, visibility of relevant spend and tooling, and the authority for us to say no to things on your behalf.

Deliverables

  • Maintained 90-day roadmap with named owners
  • Written governance position, kept current
  • Monthly one-page measurement report
  • Vendor and tool assessments as they arise

Timeline

Minimum three months, then month to month. Most engagements review scope at the three-month mark and either continue, step down, or convert into a Sprint.

The outcome

One person accountable for AI decisions, a roadmap that survives a busy month, and a monthly report that tells you plainly whether the spend is returning anything.

Estimator

What is that admin actually costing you each year?

A back-of-envelope figure to bring to the first conversation. Adjust the three inputs and see the annual cost of the admin load, plus an illustrative recovery range.

Wage plus on-costs — superannuation, leave, overheads.

Calculated in your browser over 46 working weeks a year. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Admin hours a year
Annual cost of that admin
Illustrative 20–30% recovery

This is an estimate for discussion, not a guarantee. The 20–30% range is an illustrative planning band, not a result Omega AI promises or has measured in your business. Real recovery depends on how repetitive the work is, how tidy your data is, and how well the change is adopted. Every engagement sets a measured baseline first, and we report the actual figure afterwards — including when it is lower than hoped.

Recent work

Omega AI is new. There are no case studies here yet — and we won’t invent any.

Plenty of consultants would put three anonymous logos and a made-up percentage in this space. We would rather you judged us on the twenty years of IT support and training behind the business, the way each engagement is scoped, and the fact that every project is measured against a baseline you agree to up front.
