Plain English
If an explanation needs jargon to sound impressive, it is not an explanation. Every recommendation gets written so the person paying for it can repeat it to their team.
Omega AI is a deliberately small practice. You deal with the person doing the work, and that person has spent two decades fixing, supporting and training Australian businesses through every wave of technology that was going to change everything.
Twenty-plus years in IT support and training teaches you one thing above all: the technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the person who has to change how they do their job on a Tuesday afternoon while three customers are waiting.
AI has made that gap wider than usual. The tools are genuinely capable now — capable enough that a small business can save real hours a week — but the marketing around them is dreadful, the risks are poorly explained, and nobody local is translating any of it into plain English for a business with fifteen staff and no IT department.
Omega AI exists to be that translator. Not to resell a platform, not to run a twelve-month transformation program, and not to tell a business owner that they are being left behind. Just to find the two or three jobs in a week that a machine genuinely does better, prove it on real work, teach the team to run it, and write down what it saved.
Based in Launceston, working across Northern Tasmania on site, and Australia-wide online. Australian-owned, Australian-run, and honest about where your data goes.

A baseline before, a measurement after, and a written outcome — including the times the answer is “this did not work, stop here”. No invented statistics, ours or anyone else’s.
Before anything touches customer information we agree in writing which tools are approved, what may be put into them, and where that data is stored.
One workflow at a time, funded by the last one. Momentum from finished work beats a strategy document nobody reopens.
A short list, but it is the part of the business that matters most. Saying these out loud means you can hold us to them.
Every engagement starts with a free 20-minute call, then a short written scope: what is included, what is excluded, the timeline, the price, what we need from you, and how success will be measured.
Work begins once that scope is accepted in writing. Fixed-price where the scope is clear; where it genuinely is not, we quote a small paid diagnostic first rather than guessing at a big number.
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts — no surprise variations.
Your documents, data, pricing and processes stay confidential. Omega AI is happy to sign your NDA, or to provide a standard mutual confidentiality agreement before any material is shared.
Nothing about your business is used in marketing, case studies or examples without your written permission — and if permission is given, we agree what is anonymised first.
Access to your systems is requested at the minimum level needed, and removed at the end of the engagement.
Current insurance certificates and business registration details are supplied on request with any proposal, and are provided as a matter of course for procurement, government and enterprise onboarding.
Omega AI provides technology consulting and training. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial or security-audit advice — where an engagement touches those areas we write the technical position and recommend you have your own adviser review it.
No call centre, no discovery team, no handover to someone junior. You talk to the person who will do the work.
